Late last night, our crews were alerted to a collision on Chicamuxen Road near Heritage Knolls Place. Crews were cleared quickly as the collision was determined to cause no injuries.

A few minutes later, crews were alerted to the same location for another collision. A separate collision had occurred, and a contributing factor was the remnants of the first collision with law enforcement still on the scene. An occupant of the vehicle was transported by helicopter to a local trauma center for evaluation.
