| Yesterday, our members participated in a memorial ceremony to honor the life of one of our former members, Pat “Spacey” Moore. Pat came to our department in 1988 and served for about 17 years. He held numerous operational and administrative positions, most notably serving as the Marine Division Assistant Chief. Upon retirement as a career paramedic, Pat moved to Florida where he could take advantage of warm, clear water and dive as much as he wanted. We held a small ceremony with his family on the Potomac River near buoy 47. Continue to rest in peace, Pat. |
