Early this morning, Rescue Squad 8 and Boat 8A responded with four water rescue technicians for a vehicle in the water near Marshall Hall. The boat was deployed to search for victims. Two victims were out of the water prior to our arrival. No additional victims were located. The Squad assisted with pulling the vehicle back towards the boat ramp.
